Our Philosophy on Nutrition

At Apex Fitness, we firmly believe that there’s no diet or nutrition plan that works for everyone. Your nutrition has to fit your lifestyle and it HAS to be sustainable. After all, if you don’t enjoy it and it doesn’t work around your schedule, are you really gonna stick with it?

You’ll never see us run a “30 Day Diet Challenge” or anything like that because we believe crash dieting doesn’t work. Think about it, you diet hard for “x” amount of days, eating foods you don’t like, you’re constantly hungry and lacking energy. Then what happens after the challenge? The majority of people go back to their previous eating habits and gain all the weight back, if not more.

So instead, we like to teach healthy eating habits and proper portion size. That way you get to eat foods you enjoy, that fit your lifestyle and is easy to stick to because it’s sustainable!
