Building a Budget Home Gym (COVID-19)

Note: I’m not associated with any of the companies below and I don’t receive any compensation for recommending their products.

Budget Equipment (Titan)

Unfortunately, Titan Fitness has very little equipment in stock on their website. I’ll still post links so you can check them out in case items come back in stock.

High End Equipment (Rogue)

Rogue makes very high-quality equipment that is built to last. They are one of the few  brands I prefer to buy my equipment from.

TIPS ON BUILDING YOUR GYM

When shopping for equipment, specifically squat racks. Make sure to check out the accessories to see what add-ons you can eventually add to your gym. It’s important to note that not all accessories are compatible with all racks. So make sure you purchase the rack that compatible with the accessories you want to avoid the future headaches of possibly having to upgrade your squat rack in the future.

As I’m sure you know, building a home gym can be a little expensive at first. But in the long run, it will save you money and time. No more wasted time waiting for people to get off equipment so you can do your next exercise. No more long commutes to the gym. No more excuses for not training! One of my favorite parts of having a home gym is being able to blast music on my BlueTooth speakers. I no longer have to train with annoying headphones that keep falling out of my ears.

Also, Pro tip: If you like to deadlift, pick up some horse stall mats from your local Tractor Supply store. The 3/4″ thick mats are cost-effective and perfect for protecting your floors and plates from the weights.
