At Apex Fitness, we strongly believe in providing the best programming to our members for long-term health.
We don’t have our members do exercises that are unnecessary or potentially dangerous, especially when there are safer and more effective exercises to choose from. We spend a good amount of our time training the fundamental movement patterns: the Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull & Carry.
Our mantra is very simple: “Mobilize what needs to be mobilized, stabilize what needs to be stabilized and strengthen what needs to be strengthened.” If you do preventive exercises in training, your risk of injury goes down significantly.
