9/11/21 I’ll be hosting a Memorial day workout at Dietz Stadium in honor of those we lost on 9/11 and the 13 service members that were killed in Afghanistan last month.
The workout will begin at 10 am. Make sure to bring water, sunscreen, or any snacks that you may need. The workout can be modified to work around different fitness levels/previous injuries.
This workout is open to everyone. Message me if you plan on going. Hope to see you there!
