Back to School Home Workout
Well, it’s that time of year again. Schools starting and everyone’s schedule is chaos. For those that exercise regularly, this can be a really daunting time. As you get the kids ready for school and try to get in the groove of your new schedule. You may find it difficult to make time for exercise. Our solution? A quick full body home workout! Here’s what to do:
Pick a time
Because our time is limited, pick between 10 and 30 minutes to perform this workout.
How it works
We have several exercises that we are going to perform in a circuit. Once you complete the reps for an exercise, you’ll move on to the next exercise. You’ll repeat the circuit until you’ve trained for the amount of time you’ve chosen. The goal is to rest only when needed and to complete as many rounds as possible in the time you selected.
