We’re basically going to meetup and workout bootcamp style. This is a fitness community so everyone can participate. This is open to men and women, and anyone over the age of 18. If it’s been a while since you’ve exercised don’t worry, there will be modifications but if you have specific existing injuries, feel free to shoot me a message ahead of time so I can be prepared for you.
Come on down for free, bring a pair of dumbbells, lifting gloves, a mat and let’s have a great time!
