HOW DOES THIS WORK?

This is Virtual Personal Training.  Each session will be over Skype or Zoom. We’ll guide you through the workout, checking your form and hold you accountable to make sure you reach your goals. Because were so serious about your goals, we’re giving you all the tools you need to succeed. You’ll get a custom meal plan made by registered dietitians and access to our private facebook group.

What's Included?

  • (3) Weekly 1:1 Live video personal training sessions over Skype or Zoom. (1-Hour in length)
  • Access to our Private Facebook Members Group where members can connect & share fitness and nutrition tips.
  • Access to our video library & exclusive content where we go into great detail on how to perform exercises, nutrition details, and tips to keep you on track with your goals.
  • Measurements to track your progress.
  • (1) Custom-made Meal Plan made by registered dietitians. (Additional meal plans $240 each)

THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP

This membership IS NOT for everyone. If you’re not serious about reaching your goals, getting fit, eating healthy & getting in the best shape of your life, this program is not for you. I limit my Virtual training to 5 members. Once those spots are filled, that’s it. 

ABOUT THE OWNER

Apex fitness is an Semi- Private personal training studio located in upstate New York. Owned and operated by Michael LaManna who started the business in 2016. Specializing inPain-Free Preformance and Low Back Pain Prevention, Michaels business has been thriving and has even expanded twice in the past few years! Upon request, Michael has been asked to start offering online training. After a lot of thought, he’s finally decided to launch his online training service.

WHAT OUR MEMBERS HAVE TO SAY

Angela has been training with us since the end of September. Her main goals were to lose 30lbs and to get stronger! So far, Angela is down 27 as of December 7’th and has lost 14.25 inches! Being new to lifting, she was originally concerned that the fitness classes would be too difficult for her. She’s found the classes to be a good intensity and a lot of fun! Her favorite classes are boxing and strength class. Her current 5 rep maxes are: 85lb squat, 95lb bench press and 155lb deadlift!
